01Who we are
Fame Hospitality (“Fame,” “we,” “us” or “our”) produces nightlife events, VIP and bottle service, entertainment booking (Talent by Fame) and marketing (Marketing by Fame), including events at The Pool After Dark at Harrah's Resort Atlantic City, The Royce Social Hall at Tropicana and The West at Caesars Atlantic City. This Privacy Policy applies to poweredbyfame.com, our email and text message programs, and the forms and requests you send us through them (together, the “Services”).
By using the Services, you agree to this Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the Services.
02Information we collect
Information you give us
- Email and text signups: your email address, phone number, first and last name, birthday, and the events and music you're interested in.
- Inquiries and applications: when you fill out a form to book talent, hire Fame, join the DJ roster, join the creator or photo and video network, or request a media pass, we collect what you enter. That can include your name, email, phone, company or venue, city, event dates and details, budget, social media handles, follower counts, website, portfolio or mix links, rates and anything else you write in the form.
- VIP, guest list and tickets: table, bottle service and guest list requests are made through SpeakeasyGo, and tickets are sold through Tixr. Those companies collect the information you give them under their own privacy policies, and may share booking details with us and the venue so we can host you.
- Contests and giveaways: if you enter a contest, sweepstakes or VIP giveaway, we collect your contact details and anything else you choose to provide.
- When you contact us: by email, direct message or text, we keep your message and contact details so we can respond.
Information collected automatically
When you visit the site, we and our service providers automatically collect information such as your IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, links clicked, the page that referred you and the date and time of your visit. We collect this using cookies, pixels and similar technologies (see Cookies & advertising).
03How we use your information
- To respond to your requests and inquiries, and to book, host and run events, guest lists, VIP tables, talent bookings and media passes.
- To review DJ, creator, photographer and videographer applications and contact you about opportunities.
- To send you event announcements, offers and updates you signed up for by email or text.
- To run contests and giveaways.
- To understand how the site is used, measure our marketing and advertising, and improve our events and Services.
- To keep the Services safe, prevent fraud, enforce our terms and comply with the law.
04Cookies & advertising
Cookies are small files stored by your browser. Our site is hosted on Squarespace, which uses cookies to run the site and provide visitor analytics. We also use the Meta (Facebook) Pixel, which helps us measure how people respond to our ads on Facebook and Instagram and show ads to people who have visited our site. Meta may collect information about your visit and use it according to its own privacy policy.
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, though some parts of the site may not work as well. You can manage how Meta uses your information for ads in your Facebook or Instagram ad preferences, and learn more about interest-based advertising choices at aboutads.info. Some browsers send “Do Not Track” signals; because there is no common standard for them, the site does not respond to them.
05How we share your information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only as described here:
- Service providers that help us run the Services, such as Squarespace (website and forms), Google (document and spreadsheet storage), Hive.co (email and text messaging), SpeakeasyGo (VIP, table and guest list reservations), Tixr (ticketing) and Meta (advertising measurement). They may use your information only to provide services to us.
- Venues and event partners when needed to complete something you asked for, such as putting your name on a guest list, holding your table or arranging a talent booking or media pass.
- Legal and safety reasons, if we believe it's required by law or needed to protect the rights, property or safety of Fame, our guests, venues or others.
- Business transfers, as part of a merger, acquisition or sale of all or part of our business.
- With your consent, or at your direction.
We may also share aggregated or de-identified information that can't reasonably be used to identify you.
Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are never shared with any third parties for marketing purposes. See Text messaging.

The site links to and embeds services run by other companies, including SpeakeasyGo, Tixr, Hive.co, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, Mixcloud and SoundCloud. When you use them, their own terms and privacy policies apply, and we aren't responsible for their practices.
